With our hands-on 3-4 hour class  making beautiful coloured shiny BonBon Chocolates.

You will learn :

Which chocolate moulds to use

How to prepare your chocolate mould

How to make your own coloured cacao butter

How to colour chocolate mould

How to make a simple cream for the bonbons

How to fill the moulds with chocolate

How to fill the chocolates with cream

How to close the bonbon chocolates

You will create your own unique colouring design BonBon chocolates and at the end of the class you’ll take home everything you make.
