  • What ingredients do you use?
    To create our chocolates we use slowly rosted Peruvian cacao nibs and roasted hazelnuts that we stone grind with coconut sugar and superfoods for min 48h. List of ingredients you can find under 'product info' description of each product. 98% of our ingredients are coming from organiclly certified suppliers.
  • Are your chocolates suitable for vegans/lactose intolerant?
    Yes. All our products are vegan friendly, without palm oil, gluten and refined sugars.
  • Do your chocolates contain alcohol?
    Only one chocolate flavour in a LOVE CHOCOLATE BOX contain cold brew coffee liquor.
  • I have a nut allergy. Do your chocolates contain nuts?
    Yes and No. Our Ceremonial Cacao do not contain any nuts but we do work with nuts in our kitchen. Some chocolates are made with hazelnuts and the environment in which our chocolates are made may leave traces of other nuts in all of our products. Therefore, we would not recommend any of our product for a recipient with nut allergies.
  • I have diabetes. Are your chocolates suitable for me?
    Although our chocolates contain less sugar than traditional chocolates, and we use coconut sugar and mpale syrup to create it, we cannot recommend them for a sugar-free diet.
  • Are your chocolates gluten-free?
    Yes. Our chocolate does not contain gluten, but we are working in a environment where gluten and other nuts are handled.
  • How long can I keep my chocolates and how should I store them?
    We recommend that you consume your chocolates within the first three weeks after delivery to guarantee optimal taste. Your chocolates should be stored in a cool, dry place (for example, an air-conditioned room is perfect) where the temperature is between 18°-20°C (55°-70°F). Avoid storing the chocolates in the refrigerator. However if you must, keep it in a box or airthight container.When you're ready to enjoy your chocolates, take out the box and wait to allow the chocolates to regain room temperature gradually. The best before date of your chocolates is printed below the assortment.
  • What are the 'Medicinal Mushrooms'?
    Medicinal mushrooms can be defined as macroscopic fungi that are used in the form of extracts or powder for prevention, alleviation, or healing of multiple diseases, and/or in balancing a healthy diet. They have been used for centuries in different coultures. The are not psychoactive like magic mushrooms.In our 'About' page you can find few of the benefits of each that we are using in our chocolates. If you are unsure if you can consume them please check with your health practitioner.
  • Can I taste mushrooms in your chocolate
    There is no strong mushroom taste of mushrooms, it gives earthy feeling to a chocolate.

    Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. However, if your order has not yet been processed and you contact to request for a modification, we can cancel your order free of charge. You are then able to place a new order.

    You do not need an account to shop with us. However, you will be able to enjoy a few of additional benefits if you register with us, such as: Reviewing your past purchases.   • How quickly does PUREWILD BOUTIQUE process an order?
    All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working day from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. In rare cases due to stock availability or large quantities requested, order processing may take longer. Once your order has been accepted, you can expect to receive it within five working days.

    Absolutely. The reception desk will sign for the package and notify your recipient.
  • What happens if the recipient is not available at delivery time?
    If your gift recipient is not present at the time of delivery, DHL will automatically re-deliver the next business day. If your recipient is still not present the next day, DHL will leave a note on the door with the package's tracking number and the local phone number of the nearest DHL agency. It will be up to your gift recipient to contact DHL and schedule an appointment for delivery.
  • Can I add a message to my gift?
    You can add a personalised gift message to your purchase at the point of Checkout.
  • Can I mix different chocolate types in one box?
    Unfortunatelly this is not possible.
