How to hand form ganache for enrobing

How to do molded truffles

How to enrobe truffles

How to decorate truffles

You will learn few of my favourite flavours

- coconut and almond

- nutella 

- cherry and chocolate 

- salted dark chocolate 

At the end of the class you’ll take home some chocolates.

This is a demonstration class where I walk you thru my reciepes then we all will have fun enrobing them in chocolates and  decorate them.

WE HAVE A SPACE ONLY FOR 6 PARTICIPANTS
