A Journey of Pastry, Chocolate, and PureWild Boutique

Hello beautiful Soul’s! My name is Marta Kopaczynska, and I am delighted to share my story with you. As a pastry chef, chocolatier, and the proud founder of PureWild Boutique, I have embarked on an incredible journey that has spanned over 13 years and has brought me to where I am today.

It all began when I discovered the wonders of a plant-based diet. This revelation ignited a passion within me, and from that moment, everything started to fall into place. Over the years, I have experienced countless moments of excitement, diving headfirst into experimentation, cooking, testing new flavors, and indulging in both baking and cooking—my two great loves. These years of exploration have provided me with invaluable insights into the world of food and our unique relationship with it.

An added bonus of embracing a plant-based lifestyle is the positive impact it has on animals. By making the conscious choice to shift towards plant-based food, we contribute to saving countless lives—a cause close to my heart.

In 2015, I took the first steps towards turning my passion into a business by establishing a small raw cake venture in Bristol, UK. Supplying local shops, I introduced the community to the delectable wonders of raw cakes. Two years later, PureWild, the brand that would become synonymous with happiness and the hippie spirit, was born on a tropical island in Thailand. Alongside my beautiful friend, we set out to create delightful chocolate bars for the vibrant community we found ourselves in. For two glorious years, we revealed the joy of crafting these treats. However, as the time came to bid farewell to the island and its incredible inhabitants, I knew it was time for a new adventure—one that would take me to the Netherlands.

Despite the passing years, my passion for crafting healthy and delicious sweet treats continues to grow unabated. Every day presents new opportunities to explore innovative recipes and to share the joy of PureWild with the world.

Bean-to-bar chocolates are a true labor of love, crafted with meticulous attention to detail. By starting from scratch with high-quality cocoa beans, I gained a newfound appreciation for the art of chocolate making. From roasting and grinding the beans to refining the texture and carefully tempering the chocolate, every step in the process contributes to the exceptional taste and texture of the final product.

However, my passion for creating extraordinary chocolates didn't stop there. Inspired by the vast healing potential of nature, I decided to explore the incorporation of medicinal mushrooms into my bean-to-bar creations. These remarkable fungi have been used for centuries in traditional medicine systems for their powerful health-enhancing properties. Medicinal mushrooms possess a wide range of benefits, including boosting the immune system, reducing inflammation, and promoting overall well-being.
